This guide will show you step-by-step instructions on how to place an order on our website for any of our IPTV streaming services.

Step 1

Open our homepage at https://www.UnlockedFIRE.TV and scroll down the page to select the service you want to sign up for.

In this guide, we’re signing up for the 6 month UnlockedFIRE Prime subscription with 4 streams & adult channels.

Once you have located the subscription you want, click the blue “Buy Now” button.

 

Step 2

You will then see a notice informing you that you will be taken to our Exdigital.site payment gateway site. Read the notice carefully and then click the green “Continue” button.

 

Step 3

The next page you see will be the product page on our payment gateway site. You will notice that the products are referred to as hosting, but don’t worry, this is correct. UnlockedFIRE Prime plans are called “UF Prime Hosting” on our payment site, and UnlockedFire plans are called “UF Premium Hosting”.

As you can see in the screenshot below, the details correspond with the plan we selected in step 1 of this guide, the UnlockedFIRE Prime 3 month plan with 4 connections & adult.

 

Step 4

Fill in a username and password for your subscription, and then click the blue “Continue” button.

 

Step 5

On the next page you will be able to review your order, if you want to add another subscription to your order for the UnlockedFIRE Premium service, then select the “UF Premium Hosting” link from the sidebar menu.

If you don’t want to add another subscription, you can skip to Step 9.

 

Step 6

After you have clicked the “UF Premium Hosting” category link, you will see each of the 4 available UnlockedFIRE Premium plans, select which one you want and click on the green “Order Now” button.

Step 7

On the next page you can customise your plan. The most important step here is to select how many connections you require.

With 1 Connection, you can only stream from one device at a time, if you try to stream from two devices, then you will get constant buffering. We recommend you purchase a stream for each device that you will be streaming on, this guarantees uninterrupted service.

Step 8

The next option on this page which you need to select is the adult content, whether you wish to include adult content on your streams or not.

Step 9

Once you have configured your subscription, click the blue “Continue” button.

Step 10

You will now see both subscriptions in your basket, and can click the green “Checkout” button to place your order.

Step 11

Fill out your details on the checkout page and then click the blue “Continue to PayPal Payment to Complete your Order” button to be taken to PayPal to pay for your order.

Step 12

Once the PayPal page loads, login to your account and follow the prompts from PayPal to make your payment and complete your purchase.

Step 13

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from our payment site. If you would like to check the status of your subscription, you can do so in the account area located at https://exdigital.site/store/clientarea.php

You can login here using your e-mail address and the password you created in Step 10.

Step 14

After you login, you will be presented with your members area page where you can manage your subscription. To manage your subscription, click the “Services” box underneath “Welcome Back” text.

Step 15

Now you will see any services you have purchased and whether they are active or not. To view more information about your subscription, click on one of your services.

Step 16

Now you can see more information, including how much it costs, your next payment due date etc. You can also cancel your subscription by clicking the red “Request Cancellation” button.

To find out your streaming service details, click on the green “IPTV Service Details” button.

Step 17

You will then be able to see your username and password which you need to use to login to your streaming service on your device.
